Delivery
We deliver with a transport company of our choice to Germany, within the EU and to non-EU countries.
If you pay in advance, delivery will take place within 2-3 days (Germany) or 3-6 days (EU) after your payment order has been sent to the transferring bank.
When using other payment methods, delivery will take place within 1-2 days (Germany) or 2-4 days (EU) after conclusion of the contract.
The delivery time abroad is 6-14 days regardless of the payment method.
Sshipping costs
There are no packaging costs. Shipping costs are:
All products excluding test material:
Delivery within Germany: 4.90 euros
Delivery within the EU: 12.95 euros
Delivery to Switzerland: 15.95 euros
Delivery worldwide: 24.95 euros
Shipping costs for test material:
Delivery of test material within Germany: 14.90 euros including free return slip
Delivery of test material within the EU: 19.90 euros – the customer bears the costs for return shipping as a parcel with tracking number
Delivery of test material worldwide: We ask for your understanding that we can only ship our test material within Europe
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
International shipping
For cross-border deliveries outside the European Community (e.g. to Switzerland), additional costs may be incurred - depending on the legal regulations in force there - such as additional taxes and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties. These costs are not additional shipping costs, so you must bear them. Please contact the relevant customs authorities in the country receiving the delivery before placing an order abroad.
