How long can I keep a test blade or test case?
You can try our test blades for 7 days at your leisure. Please return them on time so that other players do not have to wait unnecessarily.
How long will it take to receive my test equipment?
This depends on current demand for the particular blades or test cases. Waiting times are usually fairly short, but during busy periods (such as the end of the season), you should allow at least 3–4 weeks.
If your chosen equipment is currently out on loan, we will add you to our waiting list and send it as soon as everything is available.
This is why it is so important for everyone to return test blades on time. It helps us plan when each test case will be available and send equipment to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Can I test the blades with my own rubbers?
Yes, absolutely. We send each test blade with a PROJECT12 rubber on the forehand side. You can glue a rubber of your choice to the backhand side for a direct comparison. Please only use the glue supplied when attaching your rubbers. The P12 rubber must not be removed from the blade; otherwise, we will charge you €45.90.
Why don’t you send test equipment outside the EU?
Due to complicated customs regulations, we cannot send test equipment to countries outside the EU. Unfortunately, the blades tend to get held up at customs. We would love to offer this service to players everywhere, but at present this is not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
What happens if I do not return the test blades?
First of all, we will be very disappointed. We will then invoice you for the full purchase price of the blades, rubbers and any accessories supplied.
